What Is An Acre Of Land Worth

Nutriamocimeglio The blog turned one yesterday! I wanted to put photos and a recipe for a cake with a candle, but recently the work on the front of the nutritional plan is brewing (you know, the beginning of the new year is the best time to go on a diet ...).
And so here I am churning out a diet and go go ... time to treat the blog gets thinner. Instead
Sunday during the final cooking workshop with the children we have so many baked pizzas and then, about yeast, here's the recipe for pizza dough.

Ingredients:

flour, water, oil, salt, yeast, milk, honey.

calculate a dose of 200 grams of pasta per person for pizza. So if you want to make pizza for 5 people, you have to make 1 kg of dough.

on 1kg of dough, 600 g of flour and are about 400 g of water.

In a container that can melt a stick of yeast in 400 ml of warm water, with a teaspoon of honey. Let stand 10 minutes. Then add 2 tablespoons of oil, a bit 'of milk and flour. As you add the flour mix with a whisk, then with a wooden spoon and finally, when the dough is fairly consistent, pull it out from the container and mix it with your hands on a floured board. Knead for 10 minutes, adding flour until no longer sticks to hands. When will become smooth, soft and elastic, place it back into the bowl, cover with a damp cloth and leave in a warm place to rise for 2 hours.

After this time you can return the dough, mixed up again briefly and roll out with rolling pin. Place it on one or more baking sheets and season to taste with tomato, mozzarella, salt, oil and everything that comes to mind. If the mixture before seasoning it'll rise again in the pan for 10-15 minutes, you will have a particularly soft and leavened pizza. Ah! Mozzarella is best to put the first 10 minutes to bake the pizza!
