5. Why the Senate in its verbal reports 'omission' when it comes to listing those participants?

The banker in this centennial uses a statistic that tells you something very simple: only a portion of the deposit will be used just created ("busy") by the client. Then the banker knows that "almost certainly" most of our money, given in its custody will be immobili nel conto (nella cassaforte) per mesi, per anni. Ricordiamo che il banchiere non è proprietario della nostra moneta, dei nostri soldi, ma ne è solo custode. Ciò nonostante il banchiere considera uno spreco questa immobilità e decide di prestare quanto c’è sul nostro c/c. Oltre alla nostra “comoda disattenzione”² il banchiere ha bisogno del politico corrotto che legalizzi questa truffa con una legge creata appositamente.
Si chiama “Misure dell'accantonamento alla riserva obbligatoria” o più semplicemente “riserva frazionaria” ed è smerciata alla pubblica opinione in modo tale che appaia come una forma di tutela per il correntista.
